Spiike is a SaaS platform that enables brands, agencies, and marketing professionals to discover, evaluate, and score social media influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X/Twitter. The Service provides AI-powered scoring, profile analysis, brand match scoring, bulk processing, and contact extraction features.
Platform refers to the Spiike web application and all associated features.
User refers to any individual who creates an account and uses the Service.
Content refers to influencer data and profiles made available through the Platform, sourced from publicly accessible social media profiles.
Subscription refers to a paid plan granting access to the Platform's features.
To access the full features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Spiike offers the following subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely via Paddle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All influencer data displayed on Spiike is sourced from publicly available social media profiles. Creators indexed on our platform have made their professional information publicly accessible and reasonably expect it to be used for business and marketing purposes. We do not collect or store any private or non-public information about influencers.
All content, design, algorithms, and software comprising the Spiike platform are the exclusive property of Spiike.ai. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is." Scores, metrics, and analysis are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or real-time accuracy of influencer data.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spiike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.
Spiike shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, acts of God, or government restrictions.
