We want every Spiike customer to have a great experience. This policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To be eligible:

Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. If you do not wish to be charged at renewal, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused searches or remaining time within a billing period, unless the Service has experienced a significant and verified technical issue on our end that materially prevented you from using it.
Approved refunds are processed through our payment partner. Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
